A rider or cyclist not wearing a helmet - benefits reduced by 25%.

A rider or cyclist who does not a wear safety helmet (if required by law) at the time of the accident will receive a 25% reduction to any entitlements they may have, for the following benefits: 



If a rider or cyclist dies as a result of the accident, there will be a reduction of 25% to any family entitlements to the following benefits.
