Expired, cancelled or suspended licence 

A driver or rider with expired, cancelled, or suspended licence risks losing financial support benefits.

If the driver’s or rider’s licence was expired, cancelled, or suspended or they are in breach of their licence conditions, at the time of the accident, they usually are not entitled to the following benefits:
