About TIO
MAC Scheme claims are administered by a third-party claims manager who specialises in injury management and is appointed by the MACC.
The MACC has appointed TIO, a Northern Territory division of Allianz Australia Insurance Limited, to administer the Motor Accidents Compensation (MAC) Scheme on its behalf.
TIO manages all aspects of personal injury and fatality claims. The TIO MAC claims team have extensive experience in managing personal injury claims and provide guidance and support to claimants throughout their claim journey.
